What file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PSD, PNG, JPG, and other common image formats. If your artwork isn't print-ready, our design team can help prepare it.
What backing options are available?
We offer iron-on, sew-on, hook-and-loop (Velcro), peel-and-stick adhesive, and magnetic backing options to suit different applications.

How do I apply an iron-on patch?
Place the patch on the desired area, cover it with a thin cloth, and press firmly with a hot iron for 20–30 seconds. Turn the garment inside out and repeat the process from the back for a secure bond.
Are iron-on patches permanent?
Iron-on patches provide a strong hold, but for items that are washed frequently or used heavily, we recommend reinforcing them with a few stitches for maximum durability.
Can I sew on any patch?
Yes. Most of our patches can be sewn onto jackets, uniforms, backpacks, hats, and other fabric items for a long-lasting attachment.
Can patches be applied to all fabrics?
Our patches work well on cotton, denim, canvas, and polyester blends. Delicate, waterproof, stretchy, or heat-sensitive fabrics may require sew-on or hook-and-loop backing instead of iron-on.
How do I remove a patch?
Sew-on patches can be removed by carefully cutting the stitches, while iron-on patches can often be loosened with heat before gently peeling them away. Some adhesive residue may remain and can be cleaned afterward.
